I left the car for the yearly service on Wednesday morning and they said it won't take longer than one working days to be done, if it doesn't have any major problems. The car was absolutely fine, except the front tires, which needs to be replaced. They called me on Wednesday afternoon, but I've missed the call, so here it started the pain. I've called them back more than 10 times on Wednesday, but no one picked up the phone. Same story on Thursday, I've called them multiple times, but no answer. When finally someone answered the phone on Friday morning, she said that someone from the Service Department will call me back shortly. No one called and I had to call again around midday to find out that the car was ready on Wednesday, but they haven't replaced the tires even if I've authorized the job in their app.

I've been in to this dealership a few times to look at the XC40 and no one was getting back to me. However, after one more attempt I dealt with Yoriy who really did his best to help me and make me feel welcome and most importantly, not at all rushed or pressured in to making a decision. Would highly recommend.

I bought a Volvo XC40 in April 18 knowing that delivery was some way away. I had someone elses cancelled car. I was kept in tough with each month by Iain and although the car was delayed by one week, after waiting 7 months you could forgive this.
Lovely car, just need to play with all of the settings.
I would recommend Iain especially.

Aweful experience. Requested a test drive online for Saturday on a Tuesday. I was called the next day by one of their sales people to book but they said their systems were down so would call the Thursday to confirm. No call.
Called 9am Saturday morning to confirm. They had no record of my appointment to test drive or who had contacted me, the receptionist said she would get someone to call back No call
Called again to find out what was going on as it's an hour drive away and we needed to know, promised a call back again.
We decided to leave and hope for the best. Whilst on our way a salesperson called us to say is "should" be okay. I said can you confirm we will be able to test a car as we have left and are not close, he said yes but don't rush. I explained we had booked for 12 and would be an extra 30 minutes (to give them some time to sort it out).
On arrival we were asked to sit in the waiting area and was left for 25 minutes. At this point we had lost patience and decided to leave as we had other things to get done.
Guys, organise yourselves and respect your customer's time, this really isn't good enough. You lost a sale that day as we were excited to buy and literally couldn't. We have decided to take our custom elsewhere.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Booked wife’s XC90 for essential service and new key cut. Was due to be completed within the day and then car returned so wife could drive back home from her office. At 4pm receive a call stating that the car will not be ready till the next day! Wife had to travel to home and the next day by cab. Asked if this would be refunded, but no (not a massive amount £27.50). When speaking to the service centre I asked if the service book had been stamped. Was told it had been. Guess what. Yes you can. Meant another trip to Volvo West London. Won’t be using ever again.
