Initially very courteous and professional, I was very pleased. But now that the car has been dropped off for a service, I have found it impossible to get hold off anyone over the phone for a rather urgent question, which is really frustrating.
My message to the team: if someone is calling that is because they need to ask a question and have an answer right away (else they would have sent you an email). It is not normal for customers to have to call 4x over 3h, to leave messages on the voice mail, and to not hear back from the team. This is a very frustrating experience.
