All very slick until pick-up and after sales. Wouldn't rush back. Post-script: Well, it was very nice to hear from Charlotte at Chiswick (see Response from Owner below)... I emailed the generic email (not very helpful) and haven't heard back and have tried calling but no one's answering. What a shame her passion for the job didn't lead her to getting in touch with me (Charlotte my contact details are on your system!). This is all consistent with the service I've received post-pick up of car.
When a car showroom goes out of its way to do this in the toilet, it's a place to visit. Very courteous and polite staff. 5* treatment.
Excellent customer service provided by Michael and Andrew. Following an unpleasant experience at another dealership, Andrew was brilliant in finding us a deal on our brand new XC90. From then on Michael was courteous, helpful and professional in the entire process until we collected the car. Aftercare service since has also been exceptional. Thank you Michael and Andrew.
I dropped in my 16 plate XC90 for repair through Volvo assistance breakdown cover, at the beginning they are reluctant to accept my car saying for whatever reason my car doesn’t appear on their priority list but eventually I was informed by Volvo call centre for confirmation. Not sure what is the communication issue behind for all this hassle. They offered me a Citroen hire car for 2 days, what a downgrade! Shouldn’t it suppose to be something like-to-like? Fine, I am happy as long as you kept me mobile. Not only that, they want to charge me for the hire car due to delay in repair schedule for the excuse that I don’t have extended warranty with Volvo. I have never heard of such practice from any franchise dealer. I mean come on, I have chose to pay and repair my car with you shouldn’t this be a courtesy especially that I m not requesting much from you am I? (I dropped in a £50k+ car you lend me a £10k car, and you want to charge me for the rental really?)I used to owned several other brands including ones that are even less premium than Volvo, my service experience with this dealer is just unbelievably poor. I really don’t know how are they competing with other dealers for this kind of service quality if I m not the only customer being mistreated like this. Jesus Christ!
I’d like to thank Shane for a great experience buying my first Volvo.The service offered was great arranging several test drives and going through all the options till I was confident I was getting the right model for me. He kept me up to date on the vehicles production including some pre delivery videos. Shane was also really helpful in after sales helping get some time with product specialist Faizah who was really knowledgeable and helping me get set up with the service department for a software upgrade as well as following up to see if I was happy and everything was going well with the vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for more.
