I ordered a XC40 T3 inscription auto mid February. Dealt with Michael throughout the whole process who was brilliant and went out of his way to help at every stage of the process. Also was able to secure a very good deal as well. Delivery of car was understandably delayed due to the Corona virus pandemic. However, as soon as the situation was better Michael and the dealership was able to get everything back on track for a mid June collection. Handover was a good experience.Michael helped with setting up of Volvo on call and the free one year Internet access to allow to use various in-car apps and other connectivity. I also bought the 5 year service plan which was really good value for money. In terms of the car, had it now for about 2 weeks. I am glad I went for the XC40 as I was looking at other premium cars. There is no other car that can beat this for safety, class and value. I especially like the Volvo app which allows to remote start the vehicle amongst other things. Very useful during summer and winter. The adaptive cruise and pilot assist is very good and accurate too. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation.
Agreed a price for a XC90 but as the paperwork and MOT of the car are not sorted out therefore not ready for sale yet. I was asked to pay the deposit first for fast-racking the process which I feel a bit cautious before see the actual car or even photos. Have been trying to call at least 10 times to schedule an online viewing over the last few days, but most of time no one answered. Left my contact twice over phone to a staff asking for call back, nothing happened yet. If this can happen even before the sale, can't imagine the after sale service. So better to avoid this shop at all
The Volvo maintenance service has improved significantly. The person who to took the call was very professional. When I dropped the car, the person who served me Sardar Zafar, explained the process very clearly, kept us informed of issues with the car and explained very clearly the additional work that needed to be carried out, including estimates. I was very impressed by courteous and professional service that Zafar provided throughout the process. Thank you.
Although I have been using Volvo Cars West London since it started over 10 years ago and always had excellent service and support - I have never written a review but feel after my recent experience that I should: Two members of the sales team were recently outstanding in support with changing my Volvo S90; both Aaron Whelan-Robinson and his new sales colleague Samuel Suarez made the whole experience trouble and stress free along with ensuring that both parties maximised their business. I couldn't have asked for better service - totally professional and extremely friendly.
